**Pay Rate** :

$21.21/hr **Sign on Bonus** :

$500 after 30 days,

$500 after 6 months,

**Retention Bonus** :

$500 after 1 year

Additional lump sum after 2 years

The Job You Will Perform:

+ Forklift Operator is responsible for the following duties, as outlined by his/her supervisor

+ Complete the forklift checklist and communicate with maintenance on any issue

+ Obtain tallies from Coordinator to be loaded

+ Check trailer appearance for cleanliness, damage, safety

+ Check unit appearance - proper dunnage, bands, load tags, special instructions

+ Scan unit from discharge line

+ Locate and scan to proper area – trailer or location

+ Load trailer – scan unit, scan door

+ Check computer for last unit

+ Communicate shortage, overrun partials, damage to Coordinator

+ Completion of trailer – Check cube, put on load bar, notify Coordinator

+ Operator must wear all required personal protective equipment

+ Operator must keep work areas clean and free of debris, including keeping floor clean of sheets

+ Operator must be able to safely lift/move up to 75lbs during regular work shift

+ Operator must follow lock-out/ tag-out procedures

+ Ability to read, write, and speak English

+ Ability to read a measuring tape and ruler
