    Nurse Practitioner – Pulmonary (Outpatient)

    **Location:** Baylor Scott & White Clinic – Temple, TX

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

     

    No Call | No Weekends | No Holidays

     

    Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a **Nurse Practitioner (NP)** to join our growing **Pulmonary Medicine team** at our outpatient clinic in **Temple, Texas** . This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic, collaborative team that prioritizes compassionate, high-quality care.

    Position Highlights:

    + **Outpatient only** – no nights, weekends, holidays, or call requirements

    + Independent management of patients in clinic, with close collaboration with pulmonary physicians and care team

    + Potential for **minor procedures** , such as **chest tube removal**

    + **Pulmonary experience preferred** but not required – training and mentorship provided

    + Join a well-established department within a nationally recognized healthcare system

    Qualifications:

    + Current license as a **Nurse Practitioner (NP)** in the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain)

    + Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

    + Ability to work autonomously in an outpatient setting

    + Strong communication and collaboration skills

    + Pulmonary or internal medicine experience is a plus, but **new graduates are welcome to apply**

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program

    + EXPERIENCE - Less than 1 Year of Experience

    CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION

    + Nurse Practitioner (NP)

    + Registered Nurse (RN)

    + Basic Life Support (BLS): Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer.
