Coordinate and manage translation and publishing projects for internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality translated materials within agreed timelines.

Provide accurate pricing quotes and negotiate project terms, formats, and deadlines for services including translation, editing, proofreading, and publishing.

Maintain oversight of multiple simultaneous projects in various stages, working across different workflows and customer requirements.

Track and manage translation expenses, ensuring accurate billing and coordination with accounting teams.

Coordinate video script translations and multilingual soundtracks as needed.

Support vendors by providing training, technical guidance, and reference materials to ensure translation accuracy.

Collaborate with publication authors for clarifications and content support.

Utilize software platforms such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, XTM, ACM, and other tools critical to project success.

Qualifications:

Strong technical aptitude; familiarity or ability to learn tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and file formats like HTML, XML, XLIFF, JSON, and DITA.

Ability to support multimedia translation projects, including video and presentation content.

Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of experience in project management or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a high standard of work.
