+ Pay: $23.00-$25.00/hour

+ Shift: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm

+ Office is located in the Dublin, OH (MUST BE LOCATED IN COLUMBUS, OH AREA)

Job Description:

+ Supervise and mentor a team of ~5 Legal Clerks by providing guidance, support, performance management, etc. ensure high levels of productivity and morale.

+ Track key performance indicators (KPI’s) for Legal Clerks and report back to the team on strengths and areas of opportunity.

+ Facilitate team meetings and 1:1’s to review questions and share any process updates.

+ Ensure team members are supporting required tasks necessary for cases and adhering to set deadlines.

+ Review and audit documents and case packets submitted by Legal Clerks to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with legal requirements.

+ Accountable for overseeing the mail processing process including sorting process and action taken based on type, priority, and client

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma

+ 3+ years of experience in a Team Lead/Manager capacity (open to industry experience)

+ Experience in a production/fast-paced environment

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Extremely high attention to detail

+ Proficiency in English, bilingual in Spanish is a plus (not required)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
