As a Guest Services Administrator within PNC's Realty Services organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

    Job Description

    + Coordinates all activities associated with PNC Guest Services spaces, including greeting guests, scheduling rooms, phone services, maintaining highly professional appearances, coordinating vendor services, and facilitating special events.Provides concierge and administrative services as needed.

    + Provides support to business leadership, which may include Executive Committee members, and their departments by performing an array of administrative functions requiring confidentiality, initiative and sound decision making.

    + Provides highest level of customer service for all end users and Executives.

    + Anticipates all end user needs and resolves problems quickly and efficiently.

    + Participates in regularly assigned short- and long-term projects based on the needs of Realty Services and/or other lines of business.
