• Retail Loan Processor

    TEKsystems (Plano, TX)


    Description

    Seeking experienced loan processors to handle a high volume of applications in a fast-paced environment. Each processor will be responsible for managing 15–20 funded loans after completing the training period. The ideal candidate should have retail loan processing experience, as opposed to solely modification experience, due to the comprehensive nature of the role.

     

    + Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process.

    + Work closely with loan officers to review and prep loans for credit approval.

    + Handle the full manual underwriting process, ensuring all requirements are met.

    + Communicate with loan brokers and investors, verifying loan details and qualifications.

    + Ensure title commitments are in place and coordinate with title companies.

    + Prepare and send Closing Disclosures to title companies.

    + Monitor clearance to close and oversee the finalization of loan documents.

    + Execute wire transfers to fund loans upon final approval.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Minimum of 3 years of relevant loan processing experience.

    + Strong knowledge of retail loan processing and a track record of handling full transactions.

    + Experience working with major mortgage investors such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and USDA.

    + Ability to handle high-volume processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

    + Familiarity with modern loan processing systems

    Monday to Friday; 8AM to 5PM; On-site

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
