    TEKsystems is hiring a Patient Registrar for a hospital in downtown Indianapolis!

     

    Shift: first and third shifts available

    Description:

    - Interviews patient/patient representative to confirm demographic, financial and clinical information

     

    - Performs insurance eligibility verification for specific services

     

    - Facilitates copay collection conversations with patients

     

    - Ensures complete and accurate demographic collection in a timely manner

    Requirements:

    - 2+ years of customer service

     

    -Ability to work in a fast paced environment

     

    - Highly empathetic and compassionate

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
