    TEKsystems is currently hiring qualified candidates for several LCR Collection Counselor positions with a

     

    Fortune 100 Company in Pensacola, FL!

    Full Job Description:

    + Handling phone calls with members, negotiating settlements, and arranging payments.

    + Maintaining and tracking settlements and payment arrangements.

    + Updating and submitting new arrangements into the system.

    + Focus on collecting as much as possible, with both inbound and outbound calls.

    + Contractors primarily handle outbound dialing using an auto-dialer.

    + Inbound calls overflow to contractors when necessary.

    + Negotiating settlements, tracking payments, and maintaining payment records.

     

    Skills and Qualifications

     

    + Experience with a fast-paced customer service environment

    + Call center/Collections experience strongly preferred, but not required

    + Ability to multi-task and handle escalated conversations with back-to-back calls

     

    Location. Working Environment, and Schedule

     

    + HYBRID in Pensacola, FL; 2-days weekly required on site (MUST be able to commute to Pensacola, FL regularly)

    + Full-Time, 40 Hours/Weekly

    + Monday - Friday between 7:00am and 5:30pm CST

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
