+ Salary: $166,830 - $208,538; plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:
+ The Plant Director d evelop s and execute s annual manufacturing cost plans, focusing on labor, utilities, and supplies as well as o versee strategic and tactical plans to achieve plant goals
+ You are responsible for conducting monthly meetings to communicate performance to all employees, facilitated by the director
+ This role will o versee the development and implementation of the manufacturing plant’s strategic and tactical plans to achieve the plant’s overall goals and o bjectives
+ Plant Directors r eview financial statements, performance data, etc. to analyze manufacturing variances and use the information to create/execute action plans within the manufacturing plant
+ You will also d evelop and execute annual business plan for manufacturing cost center controllable costs, i.e., labor, utilities, su pplies, maintenance, repair, etc.
+ Additionally, you will own r ecruit ing , train i ng , and develop ing department leaders as the Director and driv ing continuous improvement ac ross departments
+ Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree with 10 plus years of operations, manufacturing or production experience and 6 plus years people leadership experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
+ Master’s degree
