General Summary:
This role sits within the Integrated Campaign Marketing team and reports into the head of Brand Partnerships and Activations. The Brand Partnerships and Activations function is focused on increasing Snapdragon global brand awareness, growing our Snapdragon Insider community, and enhancing the experience of the fan bases of our global partners through Snapdragon technology.
Our current portfolio of strategic collaborations includes: Manchester United, Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team, Snapdragon Stadium (San Diego State University), San Diego Padres and more.

Responsibilities include, though not limited to:
+ Serve as program level lead for 1-2 brand partnerships and activations.
+ Partner with campaign and project management leads on comprehensive 360 Planning, development and execution of integrated campaigns/activations.
+ Continue to strengthen property partner relationships for mutual benefit.
+ Assist in ongoing evaluation of inbound and proactive opportunities.
+ Development of executive level presentations for internal reviews and external meetings.
+ Help lead our sports & entertainment agency relationships.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Marketing or related degree
+ Agency, team or other industry experience
+ 7-10 years’ experience in Sponsorship & Partnership Marketing or related fields
+ A passion for technology, sports & entertainment
+ Entrepreneurial mindset
+ Experience managing and mentoring
+ Highly organized and great attention to detail
+ Business acumen
+ Interested in continuous learning and improvement
+ Team- and solution-oriented
+ Excellent people skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Pay range** **and Other Compensation & Benefits** **:
$133,500.00 - $200,300.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
