    Position Summary:

    The HR Transformation Project Manager will be responsible for managing global HR initiatives, specifically focusing on the transformation of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) work. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders and vendor partners to ensure successful project implementation and operational readiness.

     

    The length of this contract is estimated to last 6 months.

    Essential Duties:

    • Work with key stakeholders to scope specific HR project outlines and timescales, creating and managing a complex, integrated project plan.

    • Collaborate with two key vendor partners to ensure milestones and deliverables are met on time.

    • Determine required resources inside and outside of the core project team for successful project implementation.

    • Monitor and communicate project status to HR leadership and the program governance committee, escalating issues as necessary.

    • Document and manage RAID items, ensuring timely management of risks, issues, decisions, assumptions, actions, and dependencies.

    • Make data-driven decisions across the project lifecycle in the context of broader program needs.

    • Build and nurture relationships within the core project team and stakeholders.

    • Lead individual project tasks/activities to ensure operational readiness for post-project handover.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

    • Workday experience preferred.

    • Experience leading global HR transformation projects globally and/or regionally is required.

    • Proven project management experience within large global industries is required.

    • Heavy Process Mapping experience required.

    • Experience working in and/or leading Waterfall/Agile projects/programs and associated practices and tools required.

    • Experience in a matrixed organization.

    • Outstanding organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking.

    • Strong organizational change management skills, flexibility, and collaborative spirit with proven conflict resolution and arbitration experience.

    • Proven ability to lead, counsel, influence, and find win-win compromise solutions and motivate diverse project teams.

    • Ability to independently drive decisions and think creatively; demonstrated effectiveness at conflict management and consensus building.

    • Ability to manage meetings with Senior/Executive leadership by facilitating, leading, and driving discussions.

     

    Travel Requirements: No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion.

    Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to, education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly compensation for this role is $50-$60 on W2.
