**Pay:** $48k-$55k (depending on experience)

Schedule:** 2 nd shift (2p-11p **)

**Type of Job:** Direct Hire/ Permanent

**Location** : (100% onsite- Waukegan)

**Food Quality Assurance Specialist Daily Tasks** : What you will do:

+ Perform sample testing on food ingredients such as moisture, physical property, water testing, and Gluten testing

+ Perform quality and food safety audits and ensure proper labeling and paperwork

+ Monitor product quality, conduct inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance is met

Food Quality Assurance Specialist Qualifications/Requirements:

+ High School Diploma or Equivalent required

+ 3+ years of Quality Food Industry experience preferred

+ HACCP or SQF Certification is a plus!
