    _Our client, a growing personal care and nutraceutical manufacturer in Pomona, CA area is seeking 2nd and 3rd shift QA Inspectors to join their team! We are looking for talented & hardworking individuals to join this dynamic organization._

     

    **Title:** Quality Inspector

    **Contract length:** 1 year contract-to-hire

    **Shift:** 2nd & 3rd available M-F 9pm-6am OR 2pm-10pm

    **Pay rate range:** $20-25/hr.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Conduct thorough visual and functional inspections of personal care products and other related items, to identify defects or discrepancies.

    + Maintain accurate records of inspection results, including defect classification, quantities, and any other relevant data.

    + Ensure that all personal care products comply with industry regulations and standards, such as FDA guidelines, and work towards continuous improvement in meeting these requirements.

    + Collaborate with production and quality teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions to prevent defects and non-conformities.

    + Communicate with the production team to address and resolve quality issues, deviations, or non-conformities, and report to the Quality Manager.

    + Ensure the inspection area and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and organized for efficient and accurate inspections.

    + Participate in root cause analysis investigations to determine the cause of defects and assist in developing preventive measures.

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Proven experience as a QC Inspector in a GMP regulated environment.

    + Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify defects or deviations in product quality.

    + Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

    + Analytical and problem-solving skills to assist in process improvement and root cause analysis.

    + Good computer skills for recording and reporting inspection data.

    + Strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized inspection area.INDBH
