    Event Managers will be responsible for:

    + Coordinating with Maintenance to set up the fields prior to contests.

    + Coordinating with the Activities Office to set up and take down the ticket gate

    + Support staff who are running the ticket gate.

    + Greeting and assisting officials

    + Greeting and assisting visiting team(s)

    + Work and support individuals running the game clock, scoreboard, and other systems.

    + Remain visible and available during the contests to ensure for effiecient running of the event.
