    We’re seeking a business minded Director of IT to lead our digital transformation and guide the strategic direction of technology across the enterprise. This role will drive the IT roadmap, align systems with business priorities, and lead innovation across infrastructure, analytics, cybersecurity, and vendor strategy. This role will be critical to enable the business to get to the next level.

    • A purely tactical helpdesk or maintenance

    • Focusing solely on infrastructure

    • A behind-the-scenes IT support function

    What Our IT Director Will Do:

    • Drive a business-aligned IT strategy that supports growth and innovation

    • Lead enterprise change by implementing new systems and tools that scale business growth and digital transformation

    • Hold MSP and vendors accountable for performance, cost, and value

    • Oversee IT operations and infrastructure to ensure reliability and scalability

    • Manage change/transformation agenda with clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and end-user training

    • Assess and implement emerging technologies to enhance automation, agility, and business performance

    • Build and optimize data analytics and reporting capabilities that support decision-making across the company

    • Partner with the vCISO and MSP to uphold cybersecurity standards and regulatory compliance

    • Lead business continuity planning and disaster recovery execution

    • Own the IT budget and lead procurement for technology investments and services

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, translating technology strategy into business value

    • Foster a high-performing IT support culture centered on responsiveness and user experience

    • Explore and apply AI and machine learning to drive operational efficiency and data accuracy

    Requirements

    What You Will Need:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

    • 8+ years of IT leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial sectors

    • Proven success overseeing infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance initiatives

    • Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and outsourced IT partners

    • Strong background in digital transformation and process automation

    • Expertise in data analytics, dashboards, and BI tools

    • Executive presence and the ability to influence cross-functional teams

    Bonus Experience:

    • Leading AI, automation, or machine learning initiatives

    • Supporting multi-site or multi-entity business environments

    • Integrating ERP systems and industrial technology systems
