YOUR ROLE

In this role you will play a key role in:

+ Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.

+ Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.

+ Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

+ Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).

+ Coordinate and communicate interview logistics with candidates and internal teams.

+ Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.

YOUR PROFILE

_We would love to see a candidate with:_

• Prior experience working in Consulting, Technology or a Startup Environment

• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.

• Experiene with the End to End recruitment life cycle.

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.

• Bachelors degree, MBA a plus
