The ideal candidate is a digital-minded, exceptionally organized, and detail-oriented individual with a team-centric mentality and an innate desire to win. The primary duty of this position is to traffic all digital sales orders while monitoring and reporting the results of each campaign from inception to completion. Once the order-trafficking and reconciliation process is firmly understood, the candidate will have the opportunity to develop digital advertising solutions and presentations for the Account Executives (AEs) and may also attend occasional sales calls in support of the Strategic Account Manager (SAM) and sales team.
Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate digital traffic for all WGN-TV and Agency Services products.
+ Coordinate digital traffic for WGN+ streaming app.
+ Manage creative for digital campaigns, acting as a liaison between clients, Account Executives, and Creative Services.
+ Develop unique tracking URLs as needed.
+ Compile regular performance reports for cross-platform digital media campaigns.
+ Develop & maintain strong product knowledge of WGN-TV and Agency Services products.
+ Maintain awareness of available digital advertising inventory.
+ Attend weekly sales meetings and occasional out-of-office sales calls.
+ Overall sales support for Account Executives and Strategic Account Manager.
Qualifications:
+ Ideal candidate is a digital native with a working knowledge of widely-used digital advertising platforms (Google Ad Manager, Meta Ad Manager).
+ Knowledge of order entry programs (Wide Orbit - preferred)
+ Google Adwords, Google Analytics certification preferred
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint skills mandatory)
+ Excellent multi-tasking skills, in addition to superior communication and organizational skills.
+ Ability to produce quality work under strict deadlines.
+ Positive and enthusiastic attitude, willing to seamlessly integrate into a competitive, winning sales team.
+ One to two years media coordination experience and/or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
+ Desire to learn digital technology as it emerges.

Compensation:
$19.00 to $21.63 per hour - commensurate with applicant's experience and skill level
