Position:
The role of the Airport Hospitality and Leisure Manager is to host incoming and outgoing guests of Paws Up, while concentrating on the building of relationships of Paws Up clientele, which potentially leads to new and profitable business. Our ideal candidate skillfully and strategically converses with guests about our resort experience and ensures that the guests have the best possible experience. Additionally, the candidate will act as a liaison between Travel Advisors and guests on property, anticipating and troubleshooting any needs of our guests during their stay.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Monitor and management of our Lounge for the duration of each shift.
• Ability to focus attention on member needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Face to face client communications while maintaining a "customer service first" and relationship building mentality.
• Cultivate positive relationships with members and guests, travel agencies, and corporate partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Experience working around confidential and sensitive information.
• Effectively cross-sell activity revenue centers
• Greet all VIP and Travel Advisor booked guests upon arrival.
• Proactively check in with guests during their visit to ensure satisfaction, provide support, and address any immediate concerns in real time.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the Director of Leisure Sales to escalate and resolve Travel Advisor booked guest concerns, feedback, or follow-up needs in a timely manner.
• Monitor special occasions and stay notes for Travel Advisor clients to support a seamless and personalized experience.
• Collaborate with key departments (Concierge, Reservations, Activities, and Housekeeping) to ensure alignment on guest itineraries, expectations, and needs.
Looking for team members with:
• Previous experience in hospitality preferred.
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with high end clients in a luxury hospitality setting preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively to perspective and existing clients
• Minimum of 1-2 years of group sales experience in a management role with a full-service property
• Exceptional communication skills-both written and verbal-with a knack for active listening and adaptability.
• Experience with the luxury market and nuances of communication required between client and resort
