    MarketSource, Inc. is currently seeking a Web Producer to represent our client, a major technology and related products manufacturer. The Web Producer will excel in creating, editing, and launching marketing campaign content via a web application used by client customers. Prepare, load and test marketing content (web landing pages, emails, PDFs, docs, social posts), into a vendor-supplied marketing automation platform. The tasks include creating and editing images, editing PDFs, copying supplied content into templates and linking all required elements into a cohesive ready-to-use campaign. Final testing, basic proofreading and attention-to-detail are also important in this role. Campaigns are also translated that require review and testing the campaign functionality.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ability to gather customer requirements, develop a project plan and manage a project timeline

    • Participate in tasks associated with new application deployment, including testing and QA

    • Ability to train and adapt quickly to customer demands and tool modifications

    • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

    • Communicate with multiple clients and customers

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

    • Skills required: Intermediate HTML, CSS, and Graphics Editing, basic JavaScript

    • Applications needed: MS Office, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat Professional

    • Must be able to work well with various personalities

    • Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision

    • Possess project leadership abilities

    • Project requirements gathering experience

    • Detail oriented

    • Skilled in business writing and have professional verbal skills

    • Strong technical aptitude using tools, web based applications and problem solving

    • Presentation, communication and organizational skills
