    Overview

     

    We are looking for a strategic and organized problem solver with a passion for innovation and data-driven optimization. You will be part of a small team working alongside senior leaders to drive the Technology Operating Rhythm (TOR) mechanisms specifically Tech Operations Scrum (TOS) where its purpose is to highlight and address the most important operational items, and raise awareness about what is happening across Technology.

     

    In this role, you will partner with CTO Staff members and other senior leaders across the Technology organization to ensure alignment on key operational items, drive progress on strategic initiatives, and foster a culture of transparency and accountability.

    How you will lead

    + Lead the execution and continuous improvement of the Tech Operations Scrum program.

    + Manage the TPM and CTO staff rotation program for Tech Operations Scrum.

    + Collaborate with technical leaders to drive improvements in operational metrics, including incidents, quality, performance, and availability.

    + Partner with the CTO and key stakeholders to identify and implement enhancements to the TOR.

    + Gather data, analyze trends, and develop insights on key strategic topics to inform decision-making.

    + Contribute to other TOR mechanisms as needed.
