Job Summary:

The Application Specialist works with members of the healthcare system to provide support for information systems used in the hospital, ambulatory or home care settings. Responsibilities include configuring applications and providing ongoing support to users of the applications; working collaboratively with colleagues to identify issues, assist with problem resolution and implement solutions to improve the user experience.

Reports to: Manager of Applications

Minimum Qualifications

+ One – four (1 - 4) years’ experience supporting and implementing healthcare information systems.

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

+ Work experience may substitute for minimum education requirement.
