    Full-Time Dental Unit Manager

    Responsibilities :

    + Oversee the day to day operations of the responsible unit

    + Directly supervise the unit’s Patient Services Representatives and conduct on-going training and education and perform employees’ performance evaluation

    + Oversee provider panels, collaborate with nursing, providers and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow

    + Coordinate patient satisfaction activities with the Patient Relations Committee, including resolution of complaints, suggestions and other problems with patients, family members and team members

    + Represent the unit management and participate in center-wide Quality Assurance and Risk Management activities and meetings

    + Collaborate with the marketing team in marketing and outreach to promote the unit services to community organizations and residents

    + Assist the site administrator in implementation of the policies and procedures. To ensure the staff is educated and understand the policies and procedures and able to carry them out properly

    + Perform other duties and projects as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications :

    + Minimum 3 years of healthcare practice management experience

    + Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business administration, finance and/or healthcare-related fields

    + In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of seven years of front desk operation experience in the health care setting

    + Bilingual in English/Chinese or English/Spanish preferred

    Compensation and Benefits :

    + Salary: $65,000.00 - 75,000.00 per year
