What You Will Do

+ Work side by side with team to ensure dish and glassware are cleaned and sanitized

+ Clean and organize dish, glass and smallwares during service

+ Performs opening and closing side work

+ Ensure work area is in compliance with health codes at all times

+ Thoroughly cleans and organizes the utility area

+ Performs daily check list and ensures cleanliness, services, and quality standards are met

What You Should Have

+ 1 or more years experience in a high volume kitchen

+ A valid Food Handlers Certification is required and must be obtained before entering this position

+ Must have an accommodating attitude

+ Must be a highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at a time
