Job Summary:

Implements nursing activities for occupational health services and ensures compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations

Responsibilities:

+ Provides on-site nursing care for employee safety in the workplace; investigates accidents and inspects any health or safety hazards

+ Ensures the implementation of occupational health, safety, and environmental rules and regulations

+ Provides health and safety awareness information to promote overall employee health in the workplace

+ Assists in initiating and coordinating patient care plans for a client company

Skills:

+ **Interpersonal Relationships:** Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner

+ **Medical Record Keeping:** Knowledge of the concepts, methods, tools, and applications used in medical record management; ability to document, manage, and maintain patient medical records following established processes and guidelines

+ **Nursing Assessment and Care:** Knowledge of the policies and activities regarding nursing assessment and care; ability to assess patients' nursing care needs, develop and implement a nursing care plan, monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary

+ **Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) Compliance:** Knowledge of regulations and standards regarding the occupational safety and health of personnel working within an organization; ability to apply relevant regulations and standards to daily work activities

Qualifications:

+ Accredited Registered Nurse (RN) degree, current state Registered Nurse (RN) license, and current CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation)/First Aid certification

+ The location for this position is Seguin, TX

+ This position may require 10% travel.

Summary Pay Range:

$87,480.00 - $131,280.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
