    _Schedule: 1st Shift, Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM_

PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a skilled **Facilities Technician** to support the daily operations of our client's Salt Lake City facility. In this vital role, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our environment safe, functional, and running efficiently—so our teams can focus on doing their best work.

     

    What You’ll Do

    As a Facilities Technician, you'll help ensure our building stays safe, clean, and fully operational by:

    + Monitoring the facility to maintain safety, security, and maintenance standards

    + Performing general and preventative maintenance

    + Replacing lighting system bulbs and ballasts

    + Assisting with moving office furniture, equipment, and other materials as needed

     

    What You Bring

    Required Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or GED

    + 0–2 years of relevant experience

    + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

    + Basic knowledge of tools, machines, and maintenance practices

    + Ability to manage time and work independently

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Hands-on experience in facility maintenance or building systems

    **Pay Details:** $22.79 per hour
