    PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a **Manufacturing Operations Analyst** for a 12-month, full-time consulting position in **San Antonio, TX** . In this high-impact role, you’ll work at the heart of aerospace manufacturing, transforming data into strategies that improve efficiency, workforce planning, and operational success.

     

    By delivering actionable insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll help ensure our aerospace client stays ahead of production challenges, workforce needs, and strategic decisions — all while supporting the development of world-class aircraft and defense systems.

     

    Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.

    What You’ll Do

    + Build, manage, and merge data sources to support analytics initiatives and reporting

    + Analyze manufacturing and workforce metrics to identify trends and translate findings into **executive-level presentations**

    + Collaborate with teams across **staffing, sourcing, leadership, and HR** to drive data-informed decision-making

    + Coordinate staffing approvals, resolve workforce deviations, and flag issues that could impact production

    + Use tools like **Excel, Tableau, and BERT** to support and improve key manufacturing operations

    + Maintain and improve process efficiency using industry methods and performance metrics

    + Develop partnerships across functions and levels, contributing to a **culture of continuous improvement**

     

    What You Bring

    Required Qualifications:

    + 2–3 years’ experience with **Microsoft Excel** : formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, filters, charts, and linked worksheets

    + 2–3 years’ experience analyzing data and making **recommendations based on insights**

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a **fast-paced, collaborative environment**

    + Strong **analytical thinking** , problem-solving, and communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + 1–2 years’ experience creating visualizations in **Tableau**

    + Experience supporting or collaborating with **executive leadership**

    + Familiarity with tools like **BERT** , **Cognos** , or **Adaptive Planning**

    + Experience with **staffing oversight, talent pipeline reporting, and strategic sourcing**

    + Background in **process improvement and operational strategy development**

    + Proficiency with data analysis tools like **SQL** or statistical software a plus

    **Pay Details:** $34.44 to $45.62 per hour
