About the Role
As a **Manufacturing Engineer** , you will lead the design, development, and optimization of complex manufacturing processes for advanced aerospace systems. Your work will directly influence product quality, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to bring innovative solutions from concept to production, contributing to one of the most technologically advanced industries on Earth.
_This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license._

+ **Location:** Burnsville, MN 55306
+ **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On-site)
+ **Pay Rate:** $48.50 per hour
What You'll Do
+ Design and optimize assembly lines and workstations for peak efficiency.
+ Propose, plan, and implement capital projects to improve production.
+ Develop procedures for disassembly/assembly, tool fabrication, and process control.
+ Lead complex process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean principles.
+ Conduct audits to ensure product manufacturability and recommend improvements.
+ Support regulatory compliance and customer-driven changes.
+ Resolve production issues by troubleshooting processes and equipment.
+ Collaborate on the acquisition and integration of new manufacturing technologies.
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
+ 9–15 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Demonstrated project management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Expertise in Six Sigma, DMAIC, SPC, or similar methodologies.
+ Proficiency with CAD tools, 3D printing, and SAP.
+ Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or ACE/6S programs.
+ Experience with ProE modeling and process certification practices.

**Pay Details:** $48.50 per hour
