What We're Looking For
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our student-centered team. If you're committed to making a lasting difference in students' lives and want to be part of a district that values kindness, innovation, and teamwork, we encourage you to apply.
Your Role
As an SLP, you will provide assessment and therapy for students ages 3–21 who experience communication challenges. Your work will support students' access to the general education curriculum and foster positive academic and social outcomes. You will collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to deliver high-quality, individualized services.
Key Responsibilities
+ Evaluate students for speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders.
+ Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and individualized education programs (IEPs).
+ Support and supervise speech-language paraprofessionals.
+ Collaborate with educators and families to create inclusive classroom strategies.
+ Maintain compliance with IDEA, FERPA, and Montana special education laws.
+ Document progress, maintain Medicaid billing (if applicable), and complete service logs.
+ Participate in Child Find and other early screening initiatives.
Qualifications
+ Montana licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
+ CCC-SLP preferred; CF candidates considered.
+ Experience with diverse student needs and a strong team orientation.
+ Strong organizational, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills.
