    Description

    Now Hiring: CNC Mill Operators! Join our team in the aerospace/defense industry! We're looking for full-time CNC Mill Operators to help produce precision parts.

    What You'll Do:

    + Operate CNC milling machines to create high-quality parts.

    + Loads/unloads materials.

    + Produces parts to required specifications and tolerances.

    + Inspects parts with precision tools.

    + Maintain production records and perform basic machine maintenance.

    + Keep the workspace clean and follow safety guidelines.

    Requirements

    + Basic CNC milling experience required.

    + Solid understanding of machining operations preferred.

    + Basic shop math skills, mechanical aptitude, and tool use.

    + Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

    + Effective communication skills (verbal and written) in English.

    + Good eyesight, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills.

    Physical Demands:

    + Frequent repetitive motion of wrists, hands, and fingers.

    + Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and occasional kneeling, climbing, and squatting.

    + Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

    + Frequent reaching, twisting, handling, and fine dexterity.

    + Exposure to fumes, chemicals, and temperature variations in a warehouse environment.

    Shifts:

    + Day Shift: Mon-Fri, 6:00am-2:30pm or 6:00am-3:30pm (every other Friday off!)

    + Second Shift: Mon-Fri, 3:00pm-11:30pm

    Pay:

    + CNC Operator I: $18.50-$23.50/hr

    + CNC Operator II: $23.50-$27.50/hr

    ITAR Requirement: This position requires the use of information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). The candidate must be a U.S. person within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines U.S. persons as U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents (i.e., Green Card holders), and some refugees.
