Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

+ Evaluate and treat patients in their homes

Minimum Education:

+ High School Diploma or GED, required

+ Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy, required

Minimum Experience:

+ 1 year of experience in homecare, strongly preferred

License/Certification:

+ NJ License in Occupational Therapy

+ BLS, preferred
