    Controls Systems Technician

    **Location:** Dubuque, IA

    **Pay:** $30–$40/hour (Based on Experience)

    A leading company in Dubuque is seeking an experienced **Controls Systems Technician** to help maintain and improve the performance of our automated systems. This is a hands-on role with strong pay and the opportunity to make a real impact on daily operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Troubleshoot and maintain industrial automation systems including conveyors, scanners, and sortation equipment

    + Work with PLCs, including Allen Bradley, RSLogix, VFDs, and related control systems

    + Monitor and analyze system performance to ensure optimal operation

    + Collaborate with operations and facilities teams to minimize downtime

    + Perform preventive maintenance on controls systems and related equipment

    Qualifications:

    + 3+ years of experience with PLC/controls systems

    + Strong understanding of industrial automation, including 480V 3-phase and 24VDC systems

    + Experience with conveyor systems and warehouse automation

    + Analytical, solution-focused, and able to work independently
