The Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of direct line team and outpatient behavioral health programming.

Principal Accountabilities:

+ Supervise and support direct care team, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with the Assistant Manager and Manager.

+ Oversee daily operations of outpatient behavioral health outpatient, intensive outpatient, and acute partial hospitalization for both adult and adolescent patients ensuring services run efficiently and meet quality and compliance standards.

+ Monitor team productivity and billing practices to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with payer requirements.

+ Ensure patient records are maintained in accordance with regulatory, licensing, and accrediting body standards.

+ Provide leadership in developing and refining programming to meet the needs of the patient population.

+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support coordinated care and positive patient outcomes.

+ Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and other departmental reviews as needed.

+ Assist with budget planning and monitoring; identify resource needs and recommend cost-effective strategies.

Qualifications-

+ Master’s degree in social work, Psychology or Counseling

+ LCSW or LPC license required.

+ Minimum 1 year experience with outpatient behavioral health population required.

+ Previous supervisory experience preferred.

+ Demonstrate considerable expertise in the areas of mental health, co-occurring, and substance misuse.

+ Can effectively lead, mentor, and support clinical team members in a way that is collaborative and inclusive.

+ Facilitates interdisciplinary collaboration between therapists, mental health assistants and psychiatric providers.

+ Demonstrates verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to manage difficult conversations, resolve conflicts and advocate for team members and patients.
