Minimum Requirements
Navistar Financial Corporation is seeking an ERP Analyst Lead Sr in Lisle, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience analyzing, designing, evaluating, modifying, testing and implementing enterprise-wide systems or business experience using ERP applications including 1 year lead experience OR Master’s degree and 6 years of experience analyzing, designing, evaluating, modifying, testing and implementing enterprise-wide systems or business experience using ERP applications including 1 year lead experience OR 10 years of experience analyzing, designing, evaluating, modifying, testing and implementing enterprise-wide systems or business experience using ERP applications including 1 year lead experience. Required Skills: Design, architect and implement Oracle OLFM integrations with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools like Oracle Integrations Cloud (OIC), BizTalk, Axway API Gateway, IWay adapter; Oversee data migration and conversion activities from legacy systems to Oracle OLFM On-Prem and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency throughout the migration process; Identify performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities within Oracle applications; Implement performance tuning strategies, database optimizations, and caching mechanisms to enhance system responsiveness and scalability; Customize and configure Oracle applications to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, regulatory standards, and internal policies; Adapt to evolving technologies and integration methods to connect Oracle applications to wide range of SaaS, custom, on premise applications and databases like SuperTRUMP, Vertex, SAP Ariba, Address Doctor, major banks like BofA, Wells Fargo, PNC Bank. Up to 20% domestic travel required; 100% telecommuting; Can live anywhere in the U.S. Co headquarters in Lisle, IL.
