What you'll do...
Last Mile Delivery Performance Management Leader
What You’ll Do:
+ Organization performance and alignment with strategic goals; performance data, and management systems
+ KPIs and goals monitoring, reporting, and progress against plan
+ Last Mile Delivery Performance Monitoring, Optimization and Automation through establishing the data-sets for self-service through Gen-AI, Leveraging AI/ML capabilities
+ Root-Cause Dashboards: AI can accelerate root-cause analysis for KPIs like OTD through business rules that explain trends.
+ Automate analysis and extraction of large datasets, providing real-time insights
+ Comprehensive reports and visualizations based on specific requirements that make the data easier to understand and present to stakeholders.
+ Leader of People- Provide direction, inspiring and motivating team, fostering collaboration and developing the next group of leaders for the organization
What You’ll Bring:
+ Strategic thinking- ability to develop and execute strategies that optimize operations
+ Data analysis and performance measurement- proficiency in data analysis tools to monitor, interpret, and improve metrics. Ability to set KPIs, track performance against goals, and implement data-driven improvements
+ Leadership and Team development- proven leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and manage diverse teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high-performance
+ Collaboration, Communication and Influence- Communicates complex information clearly to all levels. Advanced presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills to influence decision makers and partners
+ Digital & Technical Savviness- Technological proficiency including AI and automation to enhance efficiency

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area. 3 years’ supervisory experience.
