MARK IV Enterprises is searching for high-energy professional Leasing Consultant to provide management support in all aspects of residential rental property, including: marketing, sales, accounting, rental office staffing/scheduling, maintenance, and housekeeping. This position will be located at one of our upscale city properties.

Responsibilities:

+ Conduct property showings and tours for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits

+ Follow up on all inquiries

+ Process credit checks

+ Coordinate move-ins for new tenants; move-out inspections for vacating tenants

+ Provide prompt, professional response and follow-through regarding resident inquiries, problems and complaints

+ Collaborate with maintenance teams

+ Assist with resident retention program events; generate ideas for resident events

+ Propmore property using social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram

+ Staff rental office during scheduled hours, including Saturdays when needed

Requirements:

+ 1-5 years residential property management experience

+ Experience with Yardi CRM IQ a plus

+ Excellent sales skills - able to close a sale

+ Professional demeanor, presentation, and behavior; positive attitude

+ Customer service focus and interpersonal savvy

+ Attention to detail

+ Understanding of lease details; ability to explain details to residents

+ Professional phone etiquette; clear and pleasant voice

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills

+ Ideal candidate will be a disciplined self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to follow up with multiple projects through completion.

+ Microsoft Office proficiency

The pay range for this role is $20.00-23.50 per hour, plus leasing commissions. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for the role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
