Position Summary...

Fulfillment Integrated Planning sits at the heart of Walmart's eCommerce evolution. Providing speed and assortment to customers requires all aspects of the business working in unison - this team is the central point to ensure that happens.

Our purpose is to drive the customer value proposition. We ensure the right strategy is in place and look around corners to prepare Fulfillment teams for what lies ahead, which includes owning the source of truth forecast for Fulfillment Centers.

This role will report to the Group Director, Data Science and is based in Bentonville, Arkansas.

What you'll do...

+ Own the development of the Non-Sort Fulfilment Center (FC) Network Inbound and Outbound volume forecasts, leveraging advanced ML/AI technique

+ Partner across FC Ops, Inventory Health, WFS, Transportation, Inventory Placement Engine, and other cross-functional teams to enable the eCommerce strategy

+ Use big data to highlight and solve capacity and flow opportunities within Fulfillment

What you’ll bring…

+ Coding proficiency, particularly in SQL, to drive the science behind the forecast

+ Cross-functional influence and consensus-building skills

+ Ability to explain the narrative behind the forecast, so everyone from executive leaders to day-to-day operators can trust and commit to necessary actions

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 6 years'

experience in data analytics or related field.
