What you'll do...

Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary and strategic **Director of Product Management** to lead the development and evolution of **TechBridge** , our enterprise platform designed to enhance associate productivity and connectivity.

This role will be responsible for driving innovation across two critical swimlanes: **Device Management** and **License Management** . The ideal candidate will bring deep product leadership experience, a passion for solving everyday challenges through technology, and a proven ability to collaborate across engineering, UX, and data science teams.

Our team gathers information about customer needs and applies our technological expertise and strategic thinking to create a product roadmap. The product journey is designed to leverage technological excellence to drive customer satisfaction. Walmart's philosophy of Everyday Low Prices is not an easy one to achieve. What you'll do:

+ **Platform Ownership**

+ Oversee the full lifecycle of TechBridge’s two core swimlanes: Device Management and License Management.

+ Ensure seamless integration and scalability of platform capabilities across enterprise environments.

+ **Stakeholder Engagement**

+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights, align priorities, and communicate product vision and progress.

+ Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring product decisions are grounded in real-world user outcomes.

+ **Metrics & Performance**

+ Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future investments.

+ Continuously assess product performance and iterate based on feedback and analytics.

+ Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for TechBridge, aligning with organizational goals and user needs.

+ Champion a user-centric approach to solving productivity challenges through innovative platform features.

+ Lead and inspire cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, and Data Science to deliver impactful solutions.

+ Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making.

+ **Innovation & Execution**

+ Identify and prioritize opportunities for new features that drive measurable improvements in associate productivity.

+ Translate complex problems into simple, intuitive solutions that delight users.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 11 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 13 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Preferred Qualifications...

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 10 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
