Pay Rate: $15.25 - $17.25 / hour

Duties:

+ Collaborate with a team on the production line

+ Ensure precise quality control of materials and finished products

+ Monitor the types and quantities of materials used in end product creation

+ Perform tasks such as sorting, packing, quality control, and pallet stacking

+ Opportunity for temp-to-hire status after meeting tenure, attendance, and performance criteria

+ Stand for the duration of 8 - 10 hour shifts

+ Exhibit a strong commitment to quality, safety, and effective communication

+ Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required

+ We are happy to provide comprehensive training to associates with different experience, including general laborers, stockers, and warehouse packers.
