    The team you will be a part of

     

    The operations team is the main connection point for all departments that work with WoW studios. The ops team supports a variety of strategic objectives including budget management, projected process efficiencies, resource management, timesheet modeling and award submissions. This role will report directly into the Sr. Manager of Operations.

     

    This role in summary

     

    We're seeking a resourceful, creative, and driven Studio Resource Manager to ensure the team has the support to deliver their best work every day. This role requires critical thinking to proactively forecast resource needs, setting up day-to-day teams and the entire studio for success.

     

    This individual will collaborate with over 100 stakeholders across WoW Studios production, creative, and strategy teams to ensure the right people are assigned to the right work at the right time. They will evaluate business needs against each person's capacity and skill set, assigning optimal talent to each project and ensuring teams are appropriately staffed to deliver the best work for our brand portfolio.

    Your responsibilities will include

    + **Resource Forecasting and Allocation:** Collaborates on forecasting, manages allocation and utilization data, and plans for FTE/freelance needs.

    + **Vendor and Freelance Coordination:** Coordinates external support through procurement and partnerships.

    + **Day-to-Day Team Resourcing:** Manages resource allocation for various WoW teams (creative, production, Project Management/Program Management (PM/PgM), Shopper).

    + **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partners with Studio on resourcing and works with Brand Leadership on project prioritization.

    + **Project and Capacity Management:** Handles project intake, prioritizes based on impact, and manages resource deployment across projects.

    + **Proactive Resource Balancing and Reporting:** Monitors capacity, rebalances resources, and provides data-driven insights and recommendations.

    + **Process Improvement and Stakeholder Management:** Identifies areas for improvement, implements changes, and works with various stakeholders.

    + **Team Management Support:** Addresses backfills, tracks PTO, and emphasizes data accuracy and efficiency.

    Minimum requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree

    + 5+ years experience in agency or in-house agency operations related role

    + Project management experience

    Compensation: $55,900 - $111,800 + Annual Bonus
