    _Note: The hourly rate for this position is $20 - $32 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.     + Carpenters, Plumbers, Electricians, Heavy Equipment Operators, Concrete Workers, Painters, Construction Laborers, Solar, HVAC, Other

    + You must have a minimum of one year of verifiable experience in the trade for which you are applying

    + Let us know what you love to do in relation to the trades so we can set you up to achieve success

    + Make sure you show us the tools you own for the specific jobs you're interested in

    Qualifications:

    + E-Verify - Eligible to work in the USA

    + Minimum 1 year of experience on commercial, residential, industrial construction sites

    + Self-sufficient and fully tooled in the trade

    + Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
