**In this role, y** **ou will manage a software team and will be responsible for the performance management of the team. You will manage teams to ensure timely delivery by communicating with them and removing roadblocks** . You will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, and Operations. You will manage stories, backlog, and sprints and assist in the development of overall plans and timelines, analyze, and identify intermediate deliverables as appropriate. You will technically guide the team on their deliverables, and analyze and resolve technical queries. You will oversee code reviews, testing, and certification to ensure the quality of all deliverables. You work with support teams as needed to resolve client issues. You will create and shepherd change orders. You are a strong influence both technically and mindset-wise, ensuring there is strong communication within the team and cross-functionally.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Here's what you can expect on a typical day:
+ You'll start each day with a scrum, working in a team to understand responsibilities, identify issues, and communicate coding priorities while choosing user stories to complete. You must know Agile well.
+ Your seven or more years of team leadership have delivered amazing results, and you pride yourself on developing the people who work for you, as well as providing an inclusive team environment where they all can thrive. If asked, they would follow you anywhere and enthusiastically credit you with helping to grow their careers.
+ Working in two-week sprints, you must keep up with timelines and coding standards. You'll be looking ahead to the next coding criteria to build technically sound and functional tools.
+ **Continuous Learning.** An eagerness to learn will help you keep up with ever-changing technologies and maintain the ability to create the best tools for our clients. You are comfortable and thrive in an autonomous role since that will be essential for your success.
+ You'll work with business leadership and project management to understand priorities and create automation accordingly.
+ You will present and defend your team's approach to leadership. There is no typical day as you partner and work with people across the development organization to turn ideas into reality.
+ You have 10+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
+ You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
+ **10+ years of full stack development experience with at least 5 years’ experience as a team lead/manager.**
+ **Hands-on experience with technical architectures for web applications**
+ Understanding of full application stack and integration methodologies
+ Broad understanding of the different infrastructure software and configuration
+ Extensive experience with Agile
+ Must have knowledge and experience of Application architectures, Microservices design, security designs, and best practices.
+ Excellent knowledge of RDBMS systems like MS-SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Cassandra
+ **Must know Python, Flask/Django, or any Web framework.**
+ Must have knowledge of HTML, CSS, jQuery.
+ Having knowledge of React/Angular is an added advantage.
+ Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
+ Great interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and belief in teamwork.
