    ADP is hiring a **Migration Senior Project Manager**

    As a WFM Senior Project Manager, You would be responsible for successfully Project Managing Migration Projects of clients moving time & labor data from a current legacy E-time system into ADP Workforce Manager Product.

     

    This is a client facing role, you will connect with clients directly and project team, manage conversations, oversee data collation for the migrations of projects.

     

    WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities

     

    Manage all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure

     

    Create project plans, including deliverables, activities, timeliness and budgets

     

    Direct day-to-day activities of projects and staff in matrixed organization

     

    Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resources

     

    Work collaboratively with other departments impacting project.

     

    Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through completion of the project

     

    Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates

     

    Direct project timeliness and budgets

     

    Assess, manage, resolve and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues

     

    Tailor processes to meet the needs of individual projects

     

    Make decisions based on information and input in a timely manner

    Work on projects of high complexity

    **TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:** Required Qualifications

     

    At least 3 years of experience working in a Project Management role in an implementation, client service, or customer service environment.

     

    Previous experience with Time & Labor technology and/or implementing new technologies within an organization.

     

    Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

     

    Excellent presentation and communication skills

    Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills

    A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

     

    Experience noted above OR

     

    Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
