    Duties and Responsibilities

     

    PCG is seeking a supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of survey and investigation staff. The Administrative Supervisor will:

     

    + Coach and supervise survey and investigation staff

    + Monitors staff’s progress and productivity with survey and investigation activities

    + Participate in quality assurance activities

    + Communicate with survey and investigation staff on survey and investigation progress and support needs

    + Participate in survey scheduling

    + Monitor personnel transitions to ensure full staffing to meet deliverables

    + Coordinate with the leadership team and staff on any closures and emergency events

    + Attend and complete all training, both in person and remotely, as required

    + Obtain Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test Certification within one year of employment

    + Conduct and/or observe interviews, onsite visits, and record reviews as needed to meet contractual requirements

    + Professionally represent PCG and NYSDOH

    Required Skills

    + Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate staff

    + Ability to work with and relate to others with professionalism, and respect for other cultures

    + Superior organizational and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to function as a part of a diverse work team

    + Exceptional strength in strategic thinking, analysis, problem-solving, organizational leadership, and collaboration

    + Demonstrated ability to establish and execute defined goals and objectives to ensure compliance with performance measures

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills

    + Compassionate and people-oriented

    + Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

    + Must have a reliable internet connection

    + Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to on-site facilities and regional office locations

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in a health care or social work-related field

    + 2+ years of supervisory experience

    + 3+ years of survey or investigation experience

    + Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test Certification, preferred

    Working Conditions

    + Office Setting

    Work Statement:

    Travel for this position will primarily be regional within New York State, though occasional statewide travel may be required to conduct facility investigations. Additionally, travel to the regional office or other locations within the state may be required for training, team meetings, or client engagements.

    Compensation:

    As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $63,300-$91,245.
