    Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated **O Contract Administration Coordinator** be apart of a high performing team within the North America Delivery Ops Sales organization.

    What you'll do:

    + Accountable for full process of entering maintenance contract details through financial booking.

    + Pilot and implement the new O Booking processes. Ahead of go live, work with the O Maintenance Contract team to train and implement the new processes to all of North America.

    + Remain accountable to ensure maintenance contracts are booked accurately for all new maintenance contracts, contract revisions, resigns, and digital subscription bookings.

    + Establish and maintain customer centric partnerships through leading with pace, quality, and developing high performing teams to continue strong customer loyalty.

    + Work to reconcile questions with the Sales Representative, access to systems, accuracy of data, elimination of future collection and dispute issues, and serve as the first point of contact for questions or disputes.

    + Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Sales Professionals, Finance, and Digital Teams.

    What You Will Need to be Successful:

    + 2+ years elevator industry experience desired

    + Bachelor’s degree highly desired, with 2 - 3 years of experience

    + Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment

    + Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers

    + Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities

    + Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software

    + Strong leadership skills, goal-orientated, and self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills

    + Knowledge and strict enforcement of company EH&S policy and processes
