_Note: The hourly rate for this position is $18 - $30 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

+ The Punch Out Carpenter will usually be required to perform a wide range of tasks, to include

+ Performing miscellaneous construction tasks and complete punch lists on residential and commercial projects.

+ Basic carpentry/windows/doors

+ Install trim and hardware on various projects

+ Keep jobsites in clean and safe condition

+ Interact in a pleasant manner

+ Attention to detail/Quality Control

Qualifications:

+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools

+ Experience in carpentry, trim work, and finish carpentry

+ Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Strong work ethic and a positive attitude

+ Reliable transportation

+ Basic knowledge of building codes and safety precautions
