    Pay Rate:

    _The pay rate for this job is $22 - $22 / hour*_

    What you'll be doing as a Trim Carpenter:

    + Accurately measure, cut, and install interior and exterior windows and doors

    + Install and finish door and window casings, trim, and hardware

    + Ensure proper insulation, sealing, and weatherproofing during installations

    + Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

    + Work with a variety of tools, including saws, levels, nail guns, and measuring devices

    + Ensure installations meet building codes and safety standards

    + Repair or replace damaged woodwork and make necessary adjustments for proper fit and operation

    + Collaborate with other trades (framers, drywallers, painters) to ensure smooth workflow

    + Maintain a clean and safe work environment

    Available Shifts:

    Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)

    Job Requirements:

    + 3+ years of experience in trim carpentry or finish carpentry, specifically installing windows and doors

    + Strong understanding of building and finish carpentry techniques

    + Proficient with carpentry tools and safety practices

    + Ability to lift and maneuver heavy doors/windows safely

    + Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship

    + Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

    + Ability to work independently or as part of a team

    + Background check and drug screening required
