We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as the Vice President of Strategy & Growth. Key responsibilities include:
+ **Strategic Leadership** : Drive the development and execution of long-term strategies, focusing on high-impact initiatives.
+ **Market Insigh** t: Conduct and communicate market assessments to inform strategic decisions.
+ **Growth Strategies:** Design and implement value-based growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
+ **Customer Focus** : Evaluate market and customer needs, guiding the development of responsive programs and services.
+ **Acquisition Strategy** : Collaborate with senior executives on acquisitions, ensuring financial and strategic alignment.
+ **Business Development** : Create a streamlined framework for business development activities.
+ **Well at Work Leadership** : Lead WellSpan's employer services, including portfolio development, sales, and operations.
+ **Strategic Alliances** : Develop partnerships to enhance patient care and quality.
+ **Innovative Models:** Implement innovative business models to drive growth and introduce new technologies.
+ **Matrixed Leadership:** Influence cross-organizational relationships to drive business development.
+ **Reputation and Expertise** : Establish a strong reputation as a strategic leader in complex business development.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field. (Required) Master's Degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field. (Preferred)
+ 10+ years of progressive senior operational leadership experience in a large healthcare institution of similar size and complexity to WellSpan Health.
+ Extensive experience in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, business development, and decision support activities.
+ Experience in a multi-hospital system.
+ Proven experience collaborating with senior leadership teams and presenting to boards.
