The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a **Business Systems Analyst** in support of Records Administration and Management Services (RAMS) for the BUPERS/NPC Force Management (FM) and The MyNavyHR Enterprise.
Responsibilities:
+ Perform day-to-day analyst activities, including issue resolution, coordination of initiatives, schedule management, work assignment, and reporting.
+ Identify and report project issues. Qualify each issue with statistical data and quantifiable information; perform an analysis of alternatives for issue resolution, track progress towards completion in weekly and monthly status reports (WSR & MSR) and report resolution of each issue.
+ Analyze the business process for EMPRS and other related programs
+ Prepares statistical and narrative reports and recommendations and participates in the analysis and interpretation of data as appropriate.
+ Analyze procedural changes for solving identified problems considering the capabilities and limitation of the existing environment.
+ Review reports and develop queries to answer requests for information.
+ Solicit inputs and facilitate process modeling and requirements gathering efforts.
+ Determine data accuracy using Ad Hoc reporting tools for data comparisons
+ Assist program manager in reviewing and providing input changes to SOPs, user guides, and web-based guides and information to reflect current process and policy updates.
Required Skills:
+ Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of five years of related work experience.
+ **Active SECRET Clearance.**
+ Must have an understanding and ability to apply standards, principles, theories, and technical concepts and knowledge of Navy Personnel data and business rules.
+ Working knowledge of data analysis software and functions including but not limited to Power BI, Power Query, Access, Excel functions.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$45,900 - $91,800
