**WellSpan Chambersburg Hospital** is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join their team. WellSpan Health, an integrated health system serving central Pennsylvania and northern Maryland, is comprised of a multispecialty medical group of more than 2,000 physicians and advanced practice providers, a regional behavioral health organization, a home care organization, eight respected hospitals, more than 20,000 employees, and 220 patient care locations.

About the Opportunity

+ Full-time and PRN positions available.

+ 8, 12, and 24 hour shifts available, not required in house call but must be within 20 minutes.

+ Successful candidate will be energetic, compassionate, self-motivated, and be able to work independently

Competitive compensation package includes:

+ Salary commensurate with experience - $220K starting for new grads

+ Signing incentives up to $80K

+ PTO bridging based on years of experience

+ 5 days of CME time off for full-time CRNAs plus $3,500 CME allowance

+ 6 paid holidays

+ Health, dental, vision coverage as well as short-term and long-term disability

+ Retirement plan with WellSpan contributions up to 6%

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

+ Masters Degree Required

Work Experience:

+ 1 year Relevant experience. Required

Licenses:

+ Licensed Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required or

+ Registered Nurse Multi State License Upon Hire Required and

+ Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

+ Graduation from accredited school of nurse anesthesia. Upon Hire Required and

+ Earn 40 CME every 2 years to maintain certification. Upon Hire Required
