We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)** to join our dynamic team in Cardiovascular Genomics & Precision Health. The APP will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of cardiologists, geneticists, researchers, and healthcare professionals to provide specialized patient care, focusing on cardiovascular genetic conditions, risk assessment, and precision-based interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including detailed family and medical histories, with a focus on cardiovascular genetic disorders
+ Order and interpret genetic tests and other diagnostic studies in conjunction with genetic counselors and physicians
+ Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans in collaboration with cardiology, genetic counseling, and other specialty teams
+ Provide patient education on genetic conditions, risk factors, and precision health strategies
+ Present and engage in multi-disciplinary team
Qualifications:
+ Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program
+ Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in Pennsylvania
+ Board certification as an NP (ANCC or AANP) or PA (NCCPA)
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience as an APP in cardiology, genetics, or precision medicine preferred
+ Strong knowledge of cardiovascular diseases, genetic risk factors, and precision health approaches

Qualifications
Minimum Education:
+ Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or
+ Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required and
+ Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred
Work Experience:
+ 1 year Required
Licenses:
+ Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
+ National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants Upon Hire Required and
+ Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
+ Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training:
+ BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
+ Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
+ Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
+ Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
